Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of the Geelong, Werribee, Bellarine and Surf Coast regions only, and
entry is deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of Conditions of Entry.
3. Bay 93.9 (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) employees and Geelong Travel employees and their
immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
4. The Promotion commences at 6am AEDT on Monday 29th February 2016 and closes at 4.30pm
AEDT Thursday 24th March 2016 (‘Promotion Period’)
The Prize:
10 Day Rajasthan Adventure -

Tour includes: follow the ancient trade routes through the majestic deserts, jungles and
mountains of Rajasthan ON A CLASSIC ROYAL ENFIELD MOTORCYCLE. Visit the golden
city, the Venice of India, a desert oasis in the mountains, a holy hippy village and of course the
crazy bazaars and the Taj Mahal.
Take the overnight express sleeper train from Delhi to Jaisalmer. Wine and dine on board this
comfortable air conditioned train, watching the landscape turn to desert whilst getting a
refreshing nights sleep. Collect our amazing "Bullets" in Jaisalmer then take a guided
motorcycle adventure of the desert countryside before returning to town to explore the ancient
fort, one of the most beautiful medieval structures on earth.
In the morning set off on a two-day cross-country mission to the Venice of India, the fairy tale
city Udaipur. Ride through national parks, wildlife sanctuaries and remote traditional villages
rarely visited by tourists.
Climb up into the only hill station in Rajasthan, Mt Abu and Renakpur and experience a true
desert oasis before cris- crossing the desert to the cozy hamlet of Bundi. From Bundi a mad
dash to the hippy enclave of Pushkar and then on to the bustling capital of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
A final days cruise from Jaipur to Agra and visit the Taj Mahal and the Taj Ganj Welcome
School.
Modern, reliable and comfortable support vehicle will accompany us at all times.
Prize Terms:
- The winner selected winner of the ‘Bay 93.9 Sitar Hero’ will be notified via phone and email
within 48 hours of the competition and their names and postcodes will be published on
www.bay939.com.au- Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in
the value of the prize.
- The prize is not transferable.
- The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The prize cannot be allocated to other persons.
- Credit must be used in one transaction/No credit given on unused amount.
- The Prize cannot be used during peak or school holidays.
- subject to availability on the chosen ride (if a ride is fully booked then they will have to
chose another date).
- Valid for any 10 day Rajasthan ride in 2016/2017
- Flights are with a major airline ex Melbourne - Delhi return
- Prize is non transferable and cannot be on sold however prize may be used toward any
other adventure. e.g Value plus payment if ride is of greater value.
- Ride must be booked in consultation with Nevermind Adventures at least 3 months prior to
departure date.

The Competition:
- From February 29th 2016 to March 4th 2016, the pre-promotion will commence and details
can be found at
www.bay939.com.au.
- From Monday March 7th 2016 to Thursday 24th March 2016 the competition will take place.
- During this time listeners can call through at 8.05am / 10am / 1pm / 3pm guess the Sitar
Riff.
- If they guess correctly they go in the draw to win ‘The Prize’ nominated plus a dinner
voucher for Tandoori Indian Cuisine.
- If they don’t guess correctly they will win a constellation prize – being either a CD pack,
DVD pack or voucher.
- On Thursday 24th March 2016 at 4.30pm AEDT the draw will close and one lucky winner
will be drawn via barrel draw.
- This person will be announced on Friday 25th March at 8.20am AEDT on Bay 93.9FM.
The Competition Terms:

entered into.
2. All registrations must be over the age of 18 years old.
