Terms and Conditions – Narooma Plaza Easter Colouring In Competition 2016
1. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acknowledgment of these conditions of entry. 2. To enter pick up an Easter colouring in sheet from any participating Narooma Plaza store and colour it in. Fill out the information required on the back of the entry form, have it signed by a parent or guardian and put it in the competition box under the dome at Narooma Plaza. 3. Entries may be submitted by a resident of Australia 12 years of age & under. 4. Age group categories are 1 to 4 years, 5 to 8 years and 9 to 12 years. Participants may enter multiple times but are only eligible to win one prize. 5. Promotion commences 29th February 2016. Entries close at 11.59am EST on Monday 21st March 2016. 6. Employees of the promoter, Narooma Plaza, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Narooma Plaza traders and their staff including Woolworths staff are ineligible to enter.7.There are Two prizes to be won in each age group. Prizes are a package of chocolate Easter eggs and /or Easter toys to the value of approximately $20.00. 8.Winners will be selected and notified (by phone or post) on Tuesday 22nd March 2016 9.Results will be published in the Narooma News and displayed at shop P4 Narooma Plaza, Narooma. 10. Prize’s must be collected from Narooma Plaza, by Thursday 24thMarch 2016.11.All prizes are not redeemable for cash or other goods or services. 12. The winning entrants will be judged on 21st March 2016 by 3 representatives of Narooma Plaza. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 13. Narooma Plaza reserves the right to use any entries for publication. The winner and the winners parent/guardian may also, at the request of the promoter, be required to participate in publicity activity on behalf of the promoter. 14. If the winner is unable to be contacted after 1st April, the prize will be awarded to the 2nd place winner. 15. The promoter reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant for submitting any entries which are not in accordance with these conditions of entry. 16. The promoter reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. 17.To the full extent permitted by law neither the promoter nor any of their associated agencies accepts any liability for any injury, damage, expenses or loss of whatsoever to persons or property arising from or in connection with this competition. 18.
