Open to Australian residents who are existing Foxtel residential customers or who are employed by a Foxtel Business customer. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian permission and Foxtel Business entrants must have permission from the Foxtel Business customer before entering. Competition opens 08/04/16 and closes 18/04/16 at 09:00 (AEST). Total prize pool value is $1,569.75. Winners determined by the Promoter at 12:00 on 18/04/16 and notified by phone and/or email. “Closing Date” means 09:00hrs on Monday 18 April, 2016.
“Commencement Date” means 11:00hrs on Friday 8 April, 2016.
“Determination Date” means 12:00hrs on Monday 18 April, 2016.
“Entrant” means a person who enters the Promotion.
“Facebook Page” means the Foxtel Movies official Facebook page located at https://www.facebook.com/foxtelmoviechannels.
“Prize” means a prize offered in the Promotion. “Prizes” means all of the prizes offered in the Promotion.
“Promoter” means Foxtel Management Pty Ltd ABN 65 068 671 938, of 5 Thomas Holt Drive, North Ryde, NSW 2113.
“Promotion” means this competition.
“Promotion Period” means the period between the Commencement Date and the Closing Date.
“Relevant Parties” means the Promoter and the agencies and companies that are associated with the Promoter or the Promotion.
“Supplier” means the supplier of the Prizes.
“Website” means the Foxtel Movies website, located at http://www.foxtelmovies.com.au.
“Winner” means an Entrant who wins a Prize, including in the Unclaimed Prize Determination.
“Unclaimed Prize Determination” has the meaning set out in clause 26.
“Unclaimed Prize Determination Date” means Wednesday 18 May, 2016.
