PKR Legend Car Competition
The Legend Cars have arrived at Power Kart Raceway and we are giving you the chance to win a race in one!
You will receive an entry for every Adult 3 Race Pack sold until Sunday 1 May 2016. The prizes will be drawn 10am Monday 2 May 2016.
First Prize (Value $700)
One race competition entry to the Development Series Race held at Canberra Speedway on Sunday 15 May 2016.
Race format: 2 x heat race and 1 x feature race. Includes a fully prepared Legend Car for the event, all track and entry fees for the day.
An additional two general entry tickets to the Speedway event.
Participants must be over 16 years of age to drive a Legend Car. Drivers under 18 years old will require parent/guardian permission prior to driving.
OR
A ‘Come and Try a Legend Car Day’ for two people at Marulan Driver Training Centre.
Includes (for each person): 2 x dirt track sessions, 2 x tarmac track sessions and a fully prepared Legend Car for the event, all track and entry fees for the day.
Two entry tickets to Canberra Speedway on May 15 2016.
Second Prize (Value $220)
A Power Kart Raceway Adult 10 race pack.

Third Prize (Value $120)

Win a Race in a Legend Car
Full Terms and Conditions:
1. To enter the competition an Adult 3 race pack must be purchased, when purchased
the name and contact details on the purchaser will be put into the draw.
2. A purchase of an adult 3 race pack counts as one entry, multiple purchases will count
as multiple entries.
3. The competition concludes at 10pm on 1/5/2016.
4. The winners’ names and any associated photography may be published on Power
Kart Raceway and Legend Cars Australia Facebook pages and websites.
5. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and
conditions.
6. The prizes are:
a. First Prize is the option of (valued at $700):
i. 1 x Race meet at Canberra Speedway On Sunday 15 May 2016 and
2 x entry passes to the Canberra Speed Way on May 15 2016. The
race forma is: 2 x heat race and 1 x feature race and includes a fully
prepared Legend Car for the event, all track and entry fees for the
day.

7. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.
8. The promoter is Power Kart Raceway ABN: 30 162 679 512, located at 125 Canberra
Ave, Griffith, ACT 2603 and Legend Cars Australia ABN: 29 153 972 439, located at 40
King Street, Bungendore, NSW 2621.
9. Employees of Power Kart Raceway, Legend Cars Australia or anyone else connected
in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be
permitted to enter the competition.
10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
11. The winners will be drawn on Monday 2 May 2016.
12. The winners will be contacted on Monday 2 May 2016, via the contact phone
number provided. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days of
notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a
replacement winner.
13. Power Kart Raceway will notify the winner when and where the prize can be
collected.
14. The promoters’ decision in respect to all matters to do with the competition will be
final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. You are providing your contact information to Power Kart Raceway and not to any
other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following
