The competition will commence at 06:00am AEST Monday 9th May, 2016.

a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entrants must be able to take the prize on during the validity period of the experience voucher awarded (see voucher T&Cs)
(a) Participants must firstly visit their local IGA store in NSW, QLD or VIC and purchase 1 x product from the ‘CADBURY DAIRY MILK OREO’ chocolate range and retain their original itemised receipt.
(b) Participants must then visit their local Station Website during the Competition Period and fully complete the online entry form, including providing the name of the store (suburb) they purchased their ‘CADBURY DAIRY MILK OREO’ from, their name, address, contact number and email address and any other details requested by the Promoter.
(c) Participants will also be required to tick a box stating that will retain their original itemised receipt for winner verification purposes
One entry per transaction. Entrants may enter as many times as they like subject to purchasing a new ‘CADBURY DAIRY MILK OREO’ product each time in a separate transaction and each entry being submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Entrants may only win one prize each.
Entries must present their original itemised valid receipt, which shows a purchase made within the promotional period.
Failure to present this receipt, will resort in the winner being disqualified and their prize forfeited.
All valid entries received will be placed into a random electronic prize draw.

17: Prize Claim and Delivery
The prize/s will be delivered to the winner’s residential address via mail OR The prize/s will be available for collection by the winner from the Station (or by the winner’s parent/guardian if the winner is under 18 years of age). The Station will contact the winner when their prize is ready for collection.
18. Prize Claim Date and Time & Unclaimed Prize Draw
Prizes must be claimed by 5pm AEST on 31 August 2016.
An unclaimed Prize Draw will be conducted on 1 September at approximately 10am at 3 Byfield St North Ryde and winners of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified by telephone by 10 September 2016.
17. Special conditions
If the cost of the experience is over AUD $500.00 then the winner is responsible for covering the additional cost of the experience.
The selection of the experience voucher is at the promoter’s discretion and the voucher is non-transferable.
The winner must read and adhere to the vouchers terms & conditions and specific validity terms. If the voucher expires, the winner will not be awarded a replacement prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the contesting period at its absolute discretion; the Promoter reserves the right to terminate the competition subject to any direction from a regulatory authority.
Winners are responsible for booking their own experience directly with the experience provider.
The promoter is not liable for any injury or loss sustained during the experience. Winners who choose to use their
voucher to undertake dangerous activities do so at their own risk.
