V8 SUPERCAR | Ride Day Information Terms & Conditions and
Guidelines:
1. All persons participating as a passenger at a CoolDrive Ride Day are required to sign an
indemnity (provided on the day) prior to being able to ride in any vehicle.
2. All persons participating as a passenger at a CoolDrive Ride Day must be 18 years or
over, be no more than 120kg (265 Pounds), and no more than 188cm (6 foot, 2 inches).
3. This is due to several factors:
Participants safety
Protective Gear fitting safely and correctly
Participants comfort & enjoyment
OH&S
4. All persons participating as a passenger at a CoolDrive Ride Day must be of good health
and not suffering any medical condition that may be affected by their participation. (ie
Heart condition, broken bones, pregnancy or neurological conditions)
5. Passengers are required to wear a long sleeved shirt, full length pants, socks and fully
enclosed shoes. A full race suit, helmet and gloves will be provided for you.
6. Passengers should arrive at the nominated meeting point within the circuit 30 minutes
prior to your ride time allocation.
7. For the safety of all in attendance please follow the directions of the CoolDrive crew at all
times.
8. Passengers are welcome to bring family or friends on the understanding that their guests
are not able to participate.
9. Photography and video are permitted at the discretion of the team.
10. Ride to be given away on Wednesday 15th June 2016
11. Competition opens Monday June 6th and closes Wednesday June 15th
12. Prize will be drawn at 4 Peary Street Larrakeyah 0820
13. Must be present on Friday June 17th at Hidden Valley Raceway to redeem the prize
14. Prize cannot be sold for cash, redeemed for cash, exchanged or transferred
15. Prize includes 1 x Hot Lap for one person in the Team CoolDrive V8 Supercar with Tim
Blanchard at CrownBet Triple Crown V8 Supercars 2016.
