To celebrate World Chocolate Day, LifeStyle FOOD is giving you the chance to WIN one of five copies of Kirsten Tibballs' new book Chocolate.

Dubbed 'The Queen of Chocolate' Kirsten Tibballs, is one of Australia’s most celebrated and internationally respected pastry chefs and chocolatiers.

She represented Australia at the World Pastry Championships in Las Vegas, where she was recognised as the best in the world for her handmade chocolates, as well as winning gold in the Pastry Olympics in Germany.
In her new book, Kirsten shares her favourite recipes and offerers detailed explanations of steps and techniques. Her book is a must for any dessert lover!
