TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Promoter is Edge Loyalty Systems Pty Ltd (ABN 96 138 299 288) trading as Edge Loyalty - Good Food Gift Card, of Level 1, 500 Chapel Street, South Yarra Victoria 3141 (“the Promoter”).

Who may enter the Promotion?
The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are: (a) who are residents of Australia; b) who are not employees of the Promoter or its related bodies corporate or advertising agencies, or the immediate family of such employees. “Immediate family” means spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as the employee; and (c) must be over the age of 18 years.

Conditions of entry
By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Duration
There is a limit of 1 entry per person. Entrants who enter using multiple aliases may be disqualified. The Promotion commences at 12pm (AEST) 31 August 2016 and closes 2pm AEST 2 September 2016. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Promoter's database and not at the time of submission by the entrant. Entries received after the closing date will be deemed invalid.

Selection of winner/s
This Promotion is a game of skill based on creativity and originality. Chance plays no part in determining the winner/s. Entries must be the entrant’s original work. The Promoter reserves the right to verify, or to require the entrant to verify, that the entry is the entrant’s original work. If an entry cannot be verified to the Promoter’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed invalid. winner/s will be selected by a panel of representatives from the Promoter who, at their discretion, will select the best answer/s based upon originality, creativity, and adherence to the word limit (as applicable) on 2nd September, 2016 at the Promoter’s offices, Level 1, 500 Chapel St South Yarra, Melbourne at 3pm (AEST). The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every entrant and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Promotion results.

Prizes
Prize pool: AUD$3,019. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in prize value between 31 August 2016 and the ultimate redemption date of each prize.

Prize: Each ‘prize pack’ consists of two A-Reserve tickets to the theatrical production “Fawlty Towers Live” and one night’s accommodation in your nominated city. There is one prize pack to be won per each of the following Australian cities and dates (five packs in total):

Issuing prize: To access two A-Reserve tickets to “Fawlty Towers Live”, winners are to visit the theatre venue’s Box Office at least one hour prior to the scheduled performance and present your ID to collect tickets. To access accommodation, winners will be provided with a booking confirmation number to quote at the hotel check-in along with presenting proof of ID.

All prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winners. In the event that a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier at the time of printing. Any incidental costs relating to the prize are the responsibility of the prize winner/s. The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings and independent legal and /s may wish to seek financial advice in relation to any prizes won under this Promotion.

Notification of winner/s
Prizes will be awarded to the people named in each winning entry. However, in a dispute, each prize will be awarded to the account holder of the entry mechanism used to submit their entry (i.e. Facebook account holder). . To notify winners, Good Food Gift Card will comment on each winner’s posts on Facebook for each city. Winners must private message the Promoter on the Good Food Gift Card Facebook page with their contact details (email, phone number and name) to access their prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to request the entrant produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter's satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the entrant's identity, age, residential address, eligibility to enter and claim a prize, and any information submitted by the entrant in entering the Promotion, before issuing a prize. If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or a person nominated by the Promoter) or an entrant or entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter's satisfaction then all the entries of that entrant will be ineligible and deemed invalid.

Entries
All entries become the property of the Promoter and can be used for future marketing purposes. Entries not completed in accordance with the conditions of entry or received after the closing date will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be disregarded. Entries must not be offensive, defamatory or racist. Any entry which the judges deem inappropriate will be invalid. No responsibility is taken for late or misdirected entries.

Entrants warrant to the Promoter that their entry submitted is an original work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third parties. If the entry or any part of the information provided to the entrant in relation to the entry was provided by a third party, the entrant warrants that they have obtained the relevant copyright permission to submit the entry for the purposes of this Promotion. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of this warranty.

By submitting an entry, each entrant consents to any dealings with the entry that may otherwise infringe their moral rights in the entry. The Promoter may copy any content submitted as part of an entry, cause the content to be seen and/or heard in public, and communicate the content to the public. It may also allow third parties to do these things.

Publication of names
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed, photographed and filmed without further compensation. The winner/s personal information may be disclosed to state or territory departments and published as required by the relevant legislation regulating trade promotions.

Customer information
The Promoter will not share your personal information with other organisations unless:

you give us your express consent, or
sharing is otherwise required or permitted by law, or
this is necessary on a temporary basis to enable our contractors to perform specific functions.
The information Entrants provide (“Entry Information”) will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and for the purposes set out below in clause 12.

Privacy
The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner/s and for marketing and promotional purposes. If entrants do not give the Promoter the information, entrants cannot participate in the Promotion. The Promoter may use submitted information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion. In addition to any required disclosures referred to in Clause 10 above, your personal information will be disclosed to the Promoter and its related bodies corporate for these purposes. Conduct of Promotion
If for any reason the Promotion does not run for its duration due to a computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or has engaged in conduct to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter does not accept responsibility and is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence due to error, omission, tampering, deletion, theft, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over communications networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.

Limitation of liability
Certain legislation may imply warranties or conditions or impose other obligations including statutory consumer guarantees which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified except to a limited extent. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all guarantees, warranties, conditions or other terms that apply under or are implied by statute, common law or trade custom or usage as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes. If in the conduct of this Promotion the Promoter is liable for a breach of any guarantee, warranty, condition or other term that applies under the Australian Consumer Law or is implied by any other commonwealth, state or territory law that cannot be excluded, the Promoter's liability under that legislation is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the cost of replacement of any benefit or prize won. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees and agents are not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner/sand, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner/s.

Printing errors
All valid prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Printing or other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
