1. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Headings in these Terms and Conditions are included for ease of reference, and do not affect interpretation in any way.
2. The promoter is JB Hi-Fi Group Pty Ltd (ACN 093 114 286) of Level 4, Office Tower 2, Chadstone Place, Chadstone Shopping Centre, Chadstone VIC 3148 (Promoter).
Duration
3. Entries for the promotion may be submitted from 09:00am (AEST) on 13/09/16 until 11.59pm (AEST) on 09/10/16. (Promotion Period).
Eligibility to enter
4. Entry is open only to Australian residents who are not directors or employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate (or immediate family members of those directors and employees) (Eligible Entrants).
5. If an Eligible Entrant is under the age of 18, they must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian before entering the promotion.
6. Entrant must pre-order or purchase a copy of FIFA 17 on any platform from JB Hi-Fi. Proof of purchase or pre-order will be required to confirm winners eligibility.
Entry into the promotion
7. To enter, Eligible Entrants must pre-order or purchase a copy of FIFA 17 on any platform from JB Hi-Fi, complete and submit the online entry form available on the JB Hi-Fi Official Facebook page (
www.facebook.com.au/jbhifi) or via the JB Hi-Fi website (
https://www.jbhifi.com.au/fifa/). Entrants must provide all requested contact details including First Name, Last Name and Email address and pre-order or receipt number from their purchase of FIFA 17 on any platform from JB Hi-Fi and consent to joining the JB Hi-Fi mailing list.
8. Entrants may only enter this competition once for each purchase and must enter in their own name. If multiple copies of the game are purchased in multiple transactions, entrant is eligible to enter multiple times. The Promoter is not responsible for (and is under no obligation to accept) any lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.
9. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.
10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence and purchase identification) and to disqualify any entrant who is not an Eligible Entrant, has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Determination of winners

Notification of the winner

If a redraw is necessary, it will be conducted by Permitz Group Pty Ltd at Suite 9, 18 Karalta Road Erina NSW 2250 on 10/11/2016 at 09:00am (AEDT), subject to any written direction given under applicable law. Limitation of liability and variation of promotion
