Each valid entry received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) in accordance with the Judging and Judging Criteria. The Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will select the one (1) entry they deem to be the “best” (based on the Judging Criteria) from all valid entries received within the Promotion Period and award that entrant the Prize.
Entrants will also be asked at the time of entry if they would like to receive further information from BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd and if an entrant selects “yes” (via opt in tick box) when completing the online entry form their contact details will be passed on to BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd (including for the purposes of direct marketing). All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter by Tuesday 27 September 2016 at the Promoter’s premises to determine the one (1) winner. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. The winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners information set out below.
Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, the creativity, humour and originality.
