To celebrate the return of Monster Jam®  we are giving you the chance to WIN 1 of 10  double passes (inclusive of pit passes) to see the 2.00pm show on Saturday, 29 October at Domain Stadium.

Competition closes 10am September 30, 2016.

MONSTER TRUCK TERMS & CONDITIONS

Instructions on how to enter form part of these terms and conditions. If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions are to prevail.
The promoter is Community Newspaper Group Ltd (ABN 13 009 128 081) of 34 Stirling St, Perth Western Australia 6000 (“CNG”) telephone 9237 1000.
1. Participants in the competition will be deemed to abide by these conditions of entry.
2. Participants agree to make themselves available for publicity purposes.
3. The promoter may appoint judges and the judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
4. Participation is open to residents of Western Australia who fulfil the participation requirements.
5. Entrants must be over the age of 18 or have approval from a parent or guardian aged over 18 to enter
6. To enter participants must go to communitynews.com.au, follow the links to enter the competition and complete all the required details by 10am 30 September 2016.
7. Participants may only enter once. Additional entries will be deemed invalid.
8. The prizes consist of double passes [valid for 2 people including pit passes] to Monster Jam at 2pm, October 29, 2016 at Domain Stadium
9. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are subject to ticket conditions and restrictions. We will not substitute a prize.
10. The total prize value does not exceed $168. This is calculated as the sum of the values of all possible prizes that can be won in the Promotion. The values are the usual or recommended retail or market values of the prizes.
11. The winners of the competition will be selected by random choice 30 September 2016 at Community Newspaper Group, Perth.
12. Directors and employees of Community Newspaper Group Ltd including their immediate families, its agencies and companies associated with the competition are ineligible to enter.
13. The promoter and the judges will not be liable for any losses or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained, in connection with the Promotion, the use of the prize or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the promoter, the judges or their respective agents, employees and contractors.
14. By entering the competition, you consent to the collection of your details and acknowledge that Community Newspaper Group may, at its discretion, disclose and use these details for the purpose of providing you with goods and services, communicating with you, planning, research, product and business development and sales, promotional or editorial purposes. The details will also be used to investigate complaints, as required or permitted by law, to enable Community Newspaper Group to perform its obligations to you under this or any other agreement and to ensure that you perform your obligations under this or any agreement. 15. In respect of your promises under these Official Rules, we, in entering into the terms of these Official Rules shall be deemed to be doing so for ourselves and also as agent for and on behalf of and for the benefit of each of Our Associates and, to this extent, each of Our Associates shall be deemed to be a party to the terms of these Official Rules and your promises under these Official Rules are enforceable by each of ourselves and each of Our Associates directly. In these Official rules, ‘Our Associates’ includes (with each corporation individually described as a Principal) any or all of:
(a) a director, officer, employee, agent or subcontractor of us;
(b) Feld Entertainment (Australia) Pty Ltd ABN 49 083 865 409
(c) the Walt Disney Company;
(d) Buena Vista Theatrical Group Limited;
(e) Ringling Bros Barnum and Bailey Combined Shows Inc;
(f) any related body corporate of the Principal within the meaning of, in Australia, the Corporations Act 2001 or in New Zealand, the Companies Act 2003;
(g) a body corporate that is engaged in a joint venture with us or with a Principal;
(h) if we transfer to, or licence, anyone to undertake any of our obligations under the terms of these Official Rules, any transferee or licensee respectively,
(with each of the above individually described as a Principal); and
(i) any director, officer, employee, agent or subcontractor of a Principal or of any the entities in paragraphs (b) to (h) inclusive
