I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me so far with the relaunch of this site. I have put so much hard work into this site and in particular the content so I am really pleased to have such a positive response.

I'm pretty sure 'Reasons To Stay Alive' is the best book you could read on depression whether you have suffered it or not. It's a life changing book that I believe everyone must read. 'Humans: An A to Z' is basically an essential handbook to human life that's both funny and massively insightful. 'The Man Who Couldn't Stop' is an incredibly fascinating and readable look into OCD. I am halfway through it at the moment and would highly recommend it.
