I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me so far with the relaunch of this site. I have put so much hard work into this site and in particular the content so I am really pleased to have such a positive response.

I am holding a giveaway where one person will win a copy of 'Reasons to Stay Alive' and 'Humans: An A to Z' by Matt Haig and 'The Man Who Couldn't Stop' by David Adam. I'm pretty sure 'Reasons To Stay Alive' is the best book you could read on depression whether you have suffered it or not. It's a life changing book that I believe everyone must read. 'Humans: An A to Z' is basically an essential handbook to human life that's both funny and massively insightful. 'The Man Who Couldn't Stop' is an incredibly fascinating and readable look into OCD. I am halfway through it at the moment and would highly recommend it.

Enter using the form below. There are lots of additional entries so you can really have a good chance of winning if you want to.
