Entrants into the Promotion and their companion must be 18 years of age or over to be eligible to win a Prize.
The Promoter may require Entrants and their companion to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an Entrant or their companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the Entrant will be ineligible to win a Prize.
If requested by the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion), Entrants and their companion must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability in a form acceptable to the Promoter in order to be eligible to win and participate in the Prize.
Entrants (and their companion) must, in order to be declared a Major Prize winner, be able to travel to Sydney, Australia between Wednesday 7th December 2016 and Thursday 8th December 2016 (Travel Dates) in order to participate in the Major Prize (as determined by the Promoter in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Dates and schedules of the Prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
The Prize winners will be required to provide a nominated valid Australian bank account as requested by the Promoter.
An Entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter (or any related bodies corporate) in the previous six (6) months prior to their entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
Entrants must nominate a personal contact number being either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) to be eligible to win a Prize (Personal Contact Number).
By entering the Promotion, an Entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that Entrant on their Personal Contact Number either live on air or in a pre- recorded on air segment.
In order to be eligible to win the Major Prize, Entrants must be available and able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter on their Personal Contact Number on either:
Friday 25th November 2016, between 6.00AM (AEST) and 9.00AM (AEST), or
Thursday 1st December, between 7.00AM (AEST) and 9.00AM (AEST)
as applicable (or such other times and dates advised by the Promoter), and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method and the Major Prize details, to be eligible to be awarded a Prize.
If the Entrant does not answer their phone within five (5) rings or by the time the phone goes to a message bank (the earlier of), the Entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that Entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on air or in a pre-recorded on air segment.
For the avoidance of doubt, if the entrant does not answer their phone within five (5) rings or by the time that the phone goes to a message bank, that entrant will not be eligible to win a Prize (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion).
Each Entrant acknowledges and agrees that their whole voicemail message may be broadcast on-air.
Each Entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the Entrant's absence to be broadcast either live on air or in a pre-recorded on air segment. If a third party answers an Entrant's Personal Contact Number, that Entrant will not be eligible to win a Prize (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion).
For the avoidance of doubt, each entry received between Monday 21st November to Friday 25 November 2017 will not roll over to the major draw on Thursday 1st December 2017.
The promotion begins at 6.00am (local time) on Monday 21st November 2016.
Entries into the promotion close at 8:00AM (AEST) on Thursday 1st December 2016.
Phone Entry:
At various times during the promotion period between 6.00AM (AEST) and 9:00AM (AEST) between Monday 21st November 2016 and Thursday 1st December 2016:
(a) Entrants will be invited by the Promoter to call 13 24 10 within a specified time period;
(b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10 during the specified time period, as the specified Caller, the Promoter will select one (1) entrant and invite them to appear on air to participate in the On Air Challenge (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) (each, a Selected Entrant).
On Air Challenge
a) For each On Air Challenge, the Promoter will have one (1) predetermined song, (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) and play the song to the Selected Entrant (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
b) The Selected Entrant will be asked to correctly finish the lyrics to the song (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
c) The Selected Entrant must state the correct lyrics (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) to be deemed a winner and awarded a Minor Prize and one (1) entry into the corresponding Major Prize Draw (each a, Finalist).
d) If the Selected Entrant does not provide the correct lyrics (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), that Selected Entrant will not be awarded a Minor Prize or entry into the corresponding Major Prize Draw and the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) will randomly select another entrant who successfully called within the nominated time period to appear on air to appear on air to participate in the On Air Challenge as a Selected Entrant. The Promoter will continue this process until a Selected Entrant provides the correct lyrics to the song (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
e) For the avoidance of doubt all decisions in relation to the On Air Challenges are in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion.
(c) Each Selected Entrant who is awarded a Minor Prize and an entry into the corresponding Major Prize Draw will be asked by a representative of the Promoter (off air) to:
a. provide their contact details (including their current and valid email address, ordinary residential address, Relevant State and Personal Contact Number);
b. confirm that they comply with the Entry Restrictions as set out above, including age restrictions, prize fulfilment travel dates, and that they have not won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their entry in this promotion; and
c. confirm that they do not have a criminal record,
for the purposes of being placed into the Major Prize Draw/s and awarding the Prize/s.
unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) contact the Selected Entrant whose entry is drawn next in the applicable Major Prize Draw and contact that Selected Entrant by telephone (on their Personal Contact Number). This process will be repeated until a Selected Entrant successfully answers their phone in accordance with clause (b) above and is deemed a winner and awarded a Major Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an Entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a Selected Entrant or a Major Prize winner, and they may not be invited to appear on air, entered into the Major Prize Draw or awarded a Major Prize (as applicable).
For the avoidance of doubt, Selected Entrants must appear on air during the Promotion Period (in accordance with the Prize Winner Determination steps outlined above) to be deemed a winner and awarded a Major Prize.
One (1) entry into the Major Prize Draw per person, per day, during the Promotion Period.
For the avoidance of doubt, Entrants may only win one (1) Minor Prize each for the duration of the promotional period.

Major Prize
There up to two (2) Prizes to be won in total during the Promotion Period, (with one (1) Prize available to be won on Friday 25th November 2016 and Thursday 1st December 2016), as follows:
Each winner will be awarded one (1) travel prize for the winner and up to one (1) companion (companion must be aged 18 years or over, to Sydney, NSW for one (1) night between Wednesday 7th December 2016 and Thursday 8th December 2016 (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), valued at up to $1,650 (incl GST) per Prize.
Each Prize comprises of the following components:
two (2) adult economy return airfares from the Australian capital city closest to the Prize winner’s ordinary residential address to Sydney, NSW (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges);
one (1) night minimum three (3) star accommodation (in the Promoters sole and absolute discretion) in a twin share room to be shared by the Prize winner and their companion (includes daily breakfast);
two (2) invitations to “Nova’s Red Room with Coldplay” for the winner and their companion;
cash amount of $100, to be electronically transferred into the Prize winner’s nominated bank account
Additional Prize Terms and Conditions
The venue reserves the right to refuse any person entry into the venue, including, but not limited to, those who appear drunk or intoxicated.
Dress standards apply (at the discretion of the venue).
The Promoter will not be liable and takes no responsibility for any
refusal of entry by the venue of any person for any reason.
Responsible service of alcohol laws will be strictly enforced.
The winner and their companion may be required to sign a code of conduct and/or a legal release or releases in the form determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion prior to participating in the Prize. Failure to do so as determined by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion) will result in the Prize
winner forfeiting their Prize.
All components of the Prize are to be arranged by a representative of the Promoter and/or an agent nominated by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
Redeeming the Prize and any tickets, passes or vouchers issued as part of the Prize is conditional on acceptance of terms and conditions as detailed by the Promoter, any prize providers and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
All travel must be taken between Tuesday 6th December 2016 and Thursday 8th December 2016 and is subject to availability which may depend on applicable blackout periods as advised by any prize provider, select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner.
The winner and/or their companion must have a valid credit card.
Spending money, meals, additional activities and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the Prize Details above are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated companion as incurred.
It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point.
Once booked the Prize cannot be amended or altered.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by
a winner and/or their companion as a result of taking the Prize.
It is recommended that the winner and their nominated companion have valid travel insurance for their period of travel and adequate for the countries of travel.
No portion of the Prize is redeemable for cash. The Prize is not refundable or transferable.
The Promoter and prize providers accept no responsibility for any changes and/or cancellations to the events or activities. In the event that one or more event or activity is no longer available, the remainder of the Prize shall constitute the complete and total Prize. The Promoter will not enter into any further correspondence with the winner and his/her nominated companion.
All components of the Prize must be taken together and when offered or are forfeited. Any element of the Prize not taken will be deemed to be forfeited.
The Prize winner and their companion must travel together and participate in the Prize together at all times.
If the winner and their companion miss any of the arranged flights, the winner will forfeit the Prize (at the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion).
The winner and their companion must not be under the influence of any drugs and may consume alcohol in moderation but must not be under the influence of alcohol during any activities to the extent that it impairs or affects their understanding, judgment or participation in the activities, and subject to any limitations of the Promoter, any prize supplier and prevailing laws and regulations.
The Prize winner and their companion consent to the Promoter conducting a criminal record check prior to their participation in the Prize. The Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse the Prize winner and/or their companion’s participation in the Prize, if the Prize winner and/or their companion have a criminal record or any criminal charges pending. In these circumstances, the Prize winner and/or their companion will forfeit all claims in relation to the Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, neither the Prize winner or their companion will receive frequent flyer points.
The Promoter, its agents and its partnering clients may use the winning entry and the winner’s and their companion’s names, likeness, images and/or voices (including photograph, film or recording of the same) from (but not limited to) their participation in the Prize, in any media for an unlimited period without further notification, compensation or remuneration for the purpose of promoting, publicizing or marketing this promotion (including the Prize and any outcome) and/or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter and/or its partnering clients. The winner and their companion agree that they will participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to the promotion as requested by the Promoter and its partnering agents.

The minor prize/s must be claimed by 10am AEST on Tuesday 6 December 2016.
The Major Prize claim date and time will vary depending on the Major Prize Draw from which the winner is selected:
Major Prize Draw 1: Prize must be claimed by 10.00AM (AEST) on Monday 28th November 2016;
Major Prize Draw 2: Prize must be claimed by 10.00AM (AEST) on Monday 5th December 2016.
The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 11.30AM (AEST) on Monday 5th December 2016.
Minor Prize
The Prize will be provided to the Prize winner on behalf of the Promoter’s partners in the form of tickets which will be available for collection from the Promoters premises during weekday office hours.
The prize winner will receive the Uber voucher component via credit loaded to a pre-existing Uber account.
Major Prize
The Prize will be provided to the Prize winner on behalf of the Promoter’s partners in the form of a travel pack. This pack will contain all e-tickets, itineraries, hotel information and travel information for the Prize. All travel dates, flights and accommodation are at the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter.
The Prize winner will receive the cash component of the Prize via electronic funds transfer to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account.
The Prize winner will receive all winner documentation and forms via email to the email address as stated by the Entrant in their entry by Tuesday 6th December 2016.
