2NURFM Contest Terms and Conditions
There may only be one winner of any 2NURFM Radio promotion per household during a thirty-day period.
Upon request prizes can be mailed to contest winners; however the station is not responsible for loss or damage of prize when mailed.
Prize amounts and value will vary from contest to contest. Any specific rules and/or restrictions pertaining to individual contests (entry dates, a limit on number of words on an entry, etc.) will be disclosed in on-air announcements.
Prizes have no cash equivalent and are not transferable.
2NURFM is not responsible for lost or delayed mail, for telephone or fax equipment failures, for e-mail system malfunctions, or for error in any other entry method causing a contestant to lose or delay the chance to participate.
2NURFM reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value in its sole discretion, either before or after a winner has been selected. 2NURFM may also choose not to award a prize if the promoted prize is withdrawn by the sponsoring party.
2NURFM management will have sole discretion to decide any questions concerning the interpretation of rules governing the promotion and the administration of the promotion, and such decisions shall be final.
In the case of a tie, 2NURFM reserves the right to choose the winner by any method it deems appropriate.
2NURFM reserves the right to reject or discard any incomplete or confusing entry and any entry not submitted in accordance with promotion rules.
Participants will not have any expectation of privacy concerning the information submitted or the announcement of winners. 2NURFM reserves the right to use such information for any purpose as 2NURFM deems appropriate.
Submission of an entry or response shall constitute acceptance of the promotion rules and a waiver of any and all claims against 2NURFM related to the promotion.
No purchase or donation is necessary to enter. Purchase or donation will not increase odds of winning.
All final contestants need to be present at Helloworld, Charlestown to be a contender for holiday. Register between 9am & 10:30am, Friday 25th November, 2016.

Exclusions; Additional meals and/or items of a personal nature, travel insurance, additional accommodation or travel arrangements, Government and Airport taxes and passports and visas are the responsibility of the winners.
The holiday in non-refundable, non-transferable (i.e. the holiday must be utilised by the prize winner) and has no-redeemable cash value. Passengers must be travelling together on all sectors and booking must be made at least 30 days prior to departure. Reservations are available on a firm basis, however are subject to seat availability at the time of reservation. Embargo periods apply during school holidays, public holidays and peak season, being the months of December and January. Economy tickets consist of 7kg carryon baggage, 23kg checked bag to Buenos Aires (15kg checked bag from Buenos Aires to Rio de Janeiro), entertainment including movies, meals and drinks. Frequent flyer points are not applicable. Further conditions apply- ask instore at time of reception at Helloworld, Charlestown.
The holiday must be utilised from 1st May 2017 – 30th June 2017 (all travel must be completed by this date). Not to be used in conjunction with any offer & subject to availability.
