TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to abide by these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter is Avery Products Pty Ltd, ABN 38 000 065 065, 11 Carrington Road, Castle Hill, NSW, 2154, 02 9843 0777.
2. The Promotion commences at 10:00am AEDT on Wednesday 7 December 2016 and closes at 4:00pm AEDT on Wednesday 14 December 2016 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 18 years or older (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must visit the Avery At Work Facebook (
https://www.facebook.com/averyatwor...), and comment on the competition post answering the following question: “What work project or presentation can Avery help you organise?” This comment must be submitted so that it is received within the Promotion Period (Entry).
5. Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they like during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt on the comment on the Facebook Timeline competition post. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
6. No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing products will not help your chances of winning.
7. The total Prize Pool is valued at $2,209.88. There are four (4) Prizes in total. Each Prize is valued at $552.47 (RRP). 8. Judging will take place at 4:01pm AEDT on Friday [date] December 2016 at 3/145 William St, Darlinghurst NSW 2010. The Judges will select the Prize Winners based on the originality and creativity of their Entry. The Winners will be contacted via the Avery At Work Facebook Page (

9. This Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the Entry process including the use of any form of automated entry device or software.
11. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of the Promotion or taking the Prize.
12. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.

14. In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into the Avery Products Pty Ltd database.
