Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and the immediate families of the
promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. This includes
retailers, retail employees and their immediate families within Harbourside Shopping Centre.
3. The competition will commence at EST 9am Friday 1 July, 2016 and close at EST 9pm Sunday
31 December, 2016. There will be one (1) prize draw each month held at 9am on Monday 1
August (July’s winner), Thursday 1 September (August’s winner), Tuesday 4 October
(September’s winner), Tuesday 1 November (October’s winner), Thursday 1 December
(November’s winner) and Tuesday 3 January (December’s winner). The draws will take place at
Harbourside Shopping Centre in the Centre Management Office.
4. Each monthly prize draw will close at midnight on the last day of the month; Sunday 31 July,
2016, Wednesday 31 August, 2016, Friday 30 September, 2016, Monday 31 October, 2016,
Wednesday 30 November, 2016, Sunday 31 December, 2016.
5. To enter, customers must simply be a Harbourside Insider loyalty club member at the time of
the prize draw, having signed up via
http://www.harbourside.com.au/insider/.
6. Each individual prize is one (1) Harbourside gift card valued at $500. There is one (1) gift card
to be won each month. In total there are six (6) gift cards to be won with a total prize value of
$1,500.
7. The winner will be notified via email by 11am on the prize draw date. Judges decision is final
and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winners will be required to verify their entry by presenting photo identification at the time
of prize collection. Prizes are to be collected from the Harbourside Shopping Centre, Centre
Management Office located at Suite 231, 2-10 Darling Drive, Darling Harbour between Monday
and Friday, 9am – 5pm.
9. All unclaimed prizes will be drawn in a second chance draw, to be held three months after the
original draw at EST 9am at Harbourside Shopping Centre in the Centre Management Office.
10. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or
guardian.
11. Harbourside Shopping Centre reserves the right to refuse participation / entry to this
competition to any person at their complete discretion.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or
sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by
law.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or extend the competition at any time.
