Entry is open to residents of Australia ONLY who are aged 18 years and over. Employees of Flowers for Everyone, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
Promotional Period – The promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST) on 18th January 2017 and closes at 05:30pm (AEST) on 04 February 2017. (”Promotional Period”).
To enter the promotion, eligible persons must, within the Promotional Period, log into the Love Cave competition website and fully and correctly complete their entry in accordance with the instructions provided (”Eligible Entrant”).
Where specifically indicated, individuals will gain 1 or more entries by undertaking the following actions following the instructions and links provided by the Promoter.
Sharing the promotional details with their friends on Facebook
Liking the Flowers for Everyone Facebook page
Answering survey questions.
Sharing content on social networks.
Using a claim code or voucher on a designated site.
Uploading photos or videos to a designated website.
All eligible entries will be entered into the prize draw. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed or not completed properly.
The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows an Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Entrant invalid.
The use of multiple ‘false’ Facebook accounts by one individual to fraudulently accrue additional entries and referral points will render all entries submitted by that Entrant invalid. If Flowers for Everyone are suspicious that an Entrant may have entered under this guise, they reserve the right to retract the winner’s prize and re-draw, at their discretion, within three months of the prize being awarded. Management’s decision under these circumstances is final.

The winner will be notified in writing (email) or by phone by Local Digital before 17.30 AEST on the 14th February 2017 and their name will be published on www.facebook.com/FFEAU and www.instagram.com/flowersforeveryoneaustralia from 14th February 2017.
The first eligible entry drawn will receive two night’s accommodation in the Enchanted Love Cave (http://lovecabins.com.au/Enchanted-Cave.aspx ) in the Blue Mountains, including flowers, champagne and chocolates to the total value of $3500.
Travel expenses to and from the Love Cave are the responsibility off the prize winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to arrange and confirm reservation dates for the accommodation with the Love Cave reservations upon receipt of their prize voucher.
If the winner fails to notify the Love Caves of a change to their booking as per the Love Cave reservation policies, or are a or no-show, they will forfeit their prize.
Flowers for Everyone make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at the destination.
The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-negotiable. Prize expires 14th March 2018. Prize must be used as two consecutive nights. It is fully transferable to another person. It is non-convertible to cash or credit. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. Accommodation bookings are fully subject to availability.
The winner acknowledges that the Prize may be subject to the terms and conditions of the operators of the Enchanted Love Cave. The winner must acquaint themselves with these terms and conditions prior to taking the Prize. Flowers for Everyone do not accept any responsibility and is not liable for any additional conditions imposed on the taking of the Prize, or for the breach of those terms and conditions by any person.
Entrants can only enter in their own name and use their own email address and Facebook account. Flowers for Everyone reserves the right to request the winner provide proof of identity, proof of residency, and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Flowers for Everyone. Flowers for Everyone reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any prize claim or entry before awarding the prize.
Flowers for Everyone reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions, forfeiting or not claiming a prize. If the prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, Flowers for Everyone will conduct a further draw(s) at the same time and place as the original draw on 13th February 2017 subject to state regulations and the winners will be notified in writing (email) or by phone.
The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Prize values are GST inclusive and are in Australian dollars and are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
Flowers for Everyone’s decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
Flowers for Everyone shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Flowers for Everyone reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual they have reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
