is it just me or does anyone else not see the form....I see it briefly when the image loads but its like the image loads on top of the form so u can't access it. Have tried firefox, safari, Chrome and even my iPhone! Maybe it's an Apple thing...?

I'm using internet explorer and the form is at the bottom of the page, no problems here.
