How to Enter
To enter, you must, during the Promotion Period: buy, in 1 transaction, 1 x OREO cookies pack (137g or 274g) (Participating Product) from a Participating Store (Qualifying Purchase); and

What are the Entry Limits?
You can enter this promotion up to 5 times per day, provided that:

A Minor Prize Draw will take place at 11.00am (AEDT) on each of 03/02/17, 10/02/17, 17/02/17, 24/02/17, 03/03/17, 10/03/17, 17/03/17, 24/03/17 and 31/03/17 at Immediate Marketing, 191 Ferrars Street, Southbank VIC, Australia, 3006 (Immediate Marketing).
In each Minor Prize Draw, the first valid entry randomly drawn from all valid entries received across Australia and New Zealand up until the time of the draw will win a Secondary Prize and the next 100 valid entries win a Minor Prize.
All non-winning entries will roll over into subsequent Minor Prize Draws.
There is a maximum of 1 Secondary Prize and 1 Minor Prize to be won per person, except for SA residents.
Major Prize Draw Details

Minor Prize Details

Each Minor Prize is an OREO branded basketball backboard and ball valued at AU$47 or NZ$48.50 (RRP, including GST).
Major Prize Details
There is 1 Major Prize to be won across Australia and New Zealand.
The Major Prize is a VIP Dunking Experience with Shaquille O'Neal in New York, USA for the winner and 3 companions (who must be aged 18 years or older).
The Major Prize is valued at up to AU$30,000 or NZ$31,200 (RRP, including GST) depending on the Major Prize winner's point of departure and place of residence.
The Major Prize must be taken on the dates specified by the Promoter between September and December 2017, with exact dates to be confirmed following prize scheduling.
The Major Prize consists of the following for the Major Prize winner and each of their companions:
return economy airfares (including airfare taxes) between the Major Prize winner's nearest Australian capital city airport or Auckland airport and New York JFK airport. The Major Prize winner and their companions will be responsible for making their own way to and from the departure airport, however if the winner resides in the South Island of New Zealand, the prize also includes economy airfares (including airfare taxes) from Christchurch airport to Auckland airport;
return transfers between New York JFK airport and the hotel;
7 nights' accommodation in a 2 Bedroom Suite at a minimum 4 star hotel (as determined by the Promoter) including breakfast;
a VIP Dunking Experience with Shaquille O'Neal (which will be held on a date and time and at a location to be confirmed by the Promoter); and
either AU$4,000 or NZ$4,000 spending money (depending on the Major Prize winner's place of residence) for the Major Prize winner only, which will be paid by EFT to the Major Prize winner's nominated bank account.
Total Prize Pool
The total overall prize pool is valued up to AU$117,300 or NZ$119,850 (RRP, including GST).
Prize Terms
Secondary Prizes: Travel vouchers will be for a supplier as determined by the Promoter. Travel vouchers are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the travel voucher supplier, including validity periods.
Major Prize: The Major Prize is subject to booking and availability, and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant prize providers. All costs associated with the Major Prize which are not expressly stated as being included, including additional spending money, passport and visa costs, additional transfer costs, additional meals, taxes, insurance (including excesses), luggage costs and all other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the Major Prize winner and their travelling companions as incurred. The Major Prize winner and their travelling companions must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier. The Major Prize winner and their travelling companions are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel insurance and documents to travel to New York, USA (including passports and visas). Any alterations or extensions to confirmed prize details must be approved in advance by the Promoter (at its sole discretion) and will be at the expense of the Major Prize winner and their travelling companions as incurred. The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of the Major Prize and any costs incurred by the Major Prize winner or their travelling companions as a result (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the Major Prize winner and their companions. The Major Prize winner is responsible for ensuring that they and their travelling companions are fit to travel and have received appropriate immunisations and/or health checks prior to taking the Major Prize. The Promoter will not be liable in any way if Shaquille O'Neal fails to attend the VIP Dunking Experience event on the date and time confirmed by the Promoter, for whatever reason.

Notification of Winners
All winners will be notified in writing within 2 days of the relevant Draw.
Publication Details
Secondary Prize winners and the Major Prize winner's names, country and state/territory of residence will be published on the Website on 07/04/17 for a period of 28 days.
VERIFICATION & DELIVERY
Verification Requirements
Entrants and winners may be required to:
provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency to verify their entry (Proof of Identity). Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter's discretion; and
send their Proof of Purchase (for all entries submitted during the Entry Period) to the Promoter to verify that the relevant prize should be awarded.
If an entrant/winner fails to provide Proof of Identity and/or Proof of Purchase by the time and date stipulated by the Promoter, their entry/prize claim will be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.
Prize Delivery
Once an entrant/winner is deemed by the Promoter to have complied with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will deliver the relevant prize within 28 days of the winner's entry being verified and accepted.

Unclaimed Prize Draw Details

Any winner/s in the unclaimed prize draw will be notified in writing within 2 days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw and in the event of any winner/s of prizes valued over $250, their name, country and state/territory of residence will be published on the Website on 12/07/17 for a period of 28 days.
