To kick off the opening weekend of Adelaide Fringe, we’re giving away 5x double passes to Soweto Gospel Choir at RCC for Sunday, February 19 at 8pm (each double pass valued at $80).
Hailing from the South West Township of Soweto in Johannesburg, Soweto Gospel Choir brings together South Africa’s greatest singers, performing a repertoire that includes traditional songs handed down through the generations, African Gospel, South African freedom songs, as well as unique reinterpretations of international classics.
This four-time Grammy Award winning ensemble of 16 singers have performed with some of the world’s greatest artists including Bono, Robert Plant, Queen, Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Celine Dion and Diana Ross.
