STANDARD TERMS
Information and instructions on "How to Enter” form part of these conditions of entry. By entering the Competition, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these conditions of entry.
WHO CAN ENTER?
The only persons who may enter and be awarded the prize are those who;
a) are residents of Australia; and
b) are 15 years of age or over; entrants under the age of 18 must seek prior
permission from their parent or guardian to enter this Competition. Any such
entrant without this permission is not eligible to enter the Competition
c) have a Facebook account;
d) are not employees of the Promoter or their associated companies, agencies or
families
THE COMPETITION
The Competition is known as the “THE SHACK MOVIE AND SOUNDTRACK” Competition
HOW TO ENTER
The Competition will run between 6 June 2017 12.00pm (AEST) and 15 June 2017 at 5:00pm (AEST) (“the Competition Period”).

(c) Step 3: Follow the prompts on the webpage

Step 4: (optional) Entrants will be prompted to click to “Share The Shack Movie and Soundtrack Competition’ on Facebook” to improve their chances of winning. Following the aforesaid counts as one additional entry for the entrant. This will only work once.
Entrants must enter by 5:00pm (AEST) on 15 June 2017 to be eligible to win the prize. The time of entry will in each case be the time the registration is received by the Warner database. No responsibility is accepted for late, incomplete, lost or misdirected entries.
Entrants may only register once for the Competition once.
Entries must not infringe any law or intellectual property right (including copyright) or otherwise breach these terms and conditions, and the Promoter reserves the rights to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry of the kind described in this clause.
All entries shall be and remains the property of the Promoter and may be used in future commercial and marketing exercises.
HOW TO WIN
The Winners will be drawn randomly. The Prize Draw will be held on 16 June 2017 at 10:00am AEST (“the Prize Draw Date”) at Warner Music Australia, 39-47 Albany Street, Crows Nest, Sydney NSW 2065 (“the Prize Draw Location”).
The Winners will be notified by email on 16 June 2017 and the Winner’s details will be made available on the Warner Music Australia Facebook page located at
https://www.facebook.com/WarnerMusicAU/ and the Warner Music Australia website located at
http://www.warnermusic.com.au/ on 16 June 2017.
PRIZE
There will be five (5) Winners for the entire Competition who will each receive the following prize pack (approximately valued at A$60.00):
i) One (1) x copy of The Shack Soundtrack in CD format;
ii) One (1) x double movie pass at participating cinemas to the film “The Shack”
movie
The total retail value of the prize pool is AU$300.00 (inclusive of GST). Prize value is based upon the recommended retail prices at 6 June 2017 and Warner accepts no responsibility for any change in prize values between now and the date that the various prizes are claimed. Warner reserves the right to request the Winners to provide proof of age and identity, residency and entry into the Competition in order to claim the prize which will be verified at the discretion of Warner.
Prize details are correct at 6 June 2017. Should any part of the prize be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may at its discretion vary or amend prizes so as to provide reasonable alternative prizes and the Winners agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter or parties connected to the Promoter as a result.
