One of our favourite events is back for the Winter Solstice: Yoga Silent Nights is returning to the Queen’s Theatre on June 30. And we’re giving away a double pass for you and a mate to come along
Thanks to the guys at SPLASH Adelaide and Olympic Party Hire, the team from Cosmic Yoga Studio will be switching hemispheres for the night and creating a sunny Palm Springs desert vibe.
Think wireless, glow in the dark, noise isolating headsets on and surrounded by bunch of toasty heaters in the beautiful Queen’s Theatre, while Paula Lyle leads you through your best yogic performance yet with an uplifting, playful sequence to melt your heart.
DJ JD and Ant will be spinning some Coachella-inspired tunes, and there will be some great food on offer by BLONDE and even some delicious vegetarian paella by Juan. oh, and we can’t forget our girls at SUKHA LIFE providing the goods with their activated black magic elixirs.
