Entry Restrictions Entrants must be currently involved with a verified School in the Illawarra region (as a student, teacher or parent).
Entrants can enter as many times as they like. Once the Online Registration Period has closed, entrants must not,
and will not be able to continue to attempt to enter.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must:
1. During the Online Registration Period, visit the Website, register their details and answer the questions
specified by the Promoter at the point of entry.
2. Complete the form in its entirety. If an entry form does not have all required fields filled in appropriately,
the Promoter has the right to discard or overlook the registration.
Voting Stage 1
Once the Registration period has closed, all valid registrations will be available on the website, and entrants will be
encouraged to vote for their registrations. There will be no limit on the amount of votes cast by each individual
user. The ten (10) entrants with the highest vote tally at the close of the Contesting Period 1 will move into Voting
Stage 2.
Voting Stage 2
All finalists included in the top ten (10) will be available on the website, and entrants will be encouraged to vote for
their registrations. There will be no limit on the amount of votes cast by each individual user. The entrant with the
highest vote tally at the close of the Contesting Period 2 will be awarded the Major Prize.
Use of any automated system to submit votes is prohibited and will result automatically in the voiding of all votes
made by such participant.
For the avoidance of doubt, all decisions in relation to the selection of entrants included in the Voting phase are in
the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion.
By participating in the contest, each participant agrees that the Promoter’s decisions regarding the award of prizes
and prize amounts will be final and binding in all respects.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they
have been selected as a Contestant, nor does it mean that they have been awarded a Prize.

All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this
regard.

accommodation on the morning of Tuesday 29th August.
Prize subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the Prize Provider. Prize winners’ details may be provided to
a Prize Provider for the purposes of prize fulfilment.

Prize Claim Details Prize Claim Date & Time: Monday 28th August 2017 at 8am AEST. The Excursion must be redeemed on Monday
28th – Tuesday 29th August 2017. Should the winning class be unavailable to attend on these dates, they forfeit the
prize and the class with the next highest vote tally will be awarded the prize.
