Tom Cruise returns to the silver screen in American Made, based on the true story of Barry Seal, a TWA pilot recruited by the CIA to provide one of the biggest covert operations in U.S. history which ultimately embarrassed the Reagan White House after the Iran-Contra scandal became public. Reuniting with his Edge of Tomorrow director, Doug Liman, in an international escapade, Cruise is back at his best in an action role.
