TERMS & CONDITIONS
Centrepoint Tamworth – Win $1000 gift card (6 month promotion)
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the $1,000 gift card promotion is deemed to be acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2.The Promoters directors, management, employees, retailers, tenants of participating centres and their immediate families together with their agencies and suppliers associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. This Promotion commences at 9am on Tuesday 1st August 2017 and will run through until Wednesday 31st January 2018.
4. To enter the Promotion, an entrant must do the following during the Promotion Period; Every Transaction of $20 or more earns 1 entry form.
5. Spend $20 or more in any specialty store (exempt stores are JB Hi-Fi, Aldi or Childcare) throughout the promotional period, to be eligible to receive one entry form.
6. Customers must complete their details on the entry form and place their entry form into the entry barrel located next to Smith Lane Entry.
7.There is no limit on the amount of times a customer can enter this Promotion over the 6 month Promotional period, provided that they have met the campaign conditions of spending $20 or more. The entry barrel will be emptied monthly.
8. Prize details- There are x6, $1000 gift vouchers to win over a 6 month period. The Promotional draws will take place on the following dates; (the last business day of each month) • Thursday 31st August at 12 noon • Friday 29th September at 12 noon • Tuesday 31st October at 12 noon • Thursday 30th November at 12 noon • Friday 29th December at 12 noon • Wednesday 31st January at 12 noon
9. The $1,000 gift voucher must be used within a 6-month period upon the winner receiving the voucher. An expiry date will appear on the voucher that each winner receives.
10. The $1,000 gift vouchers can only be redeemed at CentrePoint Tamworth but exclude JB Hi-Fi, Aldi and Childcare.
11. The total maximum prize value of the Promotion is $6,000.
12. The winners of each monthly draw will be contacted via phone and/or email.
13. Where requested by the Promoter, the winner must provide evidence which, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, demonstrates that he or she is the winner, is eligible to enter and has complied with these terms and conditions.
14. The prize ($1,000 gift voucher) is not transferable or exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash.
15. In the event that a monthly prize winner cannot be contacted or the prize goes unclaimed for a 3 month period, the prize will be redrawn.
16. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, or for any personal injury, in connection with accepting or using a prize of participating in this Promotion.
17. All entries (including any information or drawings or items submitted with the entry) becomes the property of the Promoter.
18. By entering this Promotion, (unless the entrant has specified otherwise) each entrant consents to the personal information they submit with their entry being used for the primary purposes of; administering this Promotion, and to enter into a database for future promotional marketing and publicity activities of the Promoter or its related entities.
19. The names and photographs of the winners may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter.
