• To enter, individuals must complete the following steps in the Thirsty Camel Bottleshop during the Promotional Period:
• Purchase any Jack Daniel’s product(s) in a single transaction (“Qualifying Transaction”).
• Individuals will then be provided with an official entry form by a member of staff. In the event an entry form isn’t automatically provided by a member of staff, it is the individual’s responsibility to request an entry form be provided; and then
• Complete the official entry form with all of the requested details (including their full name, address, date of birth, mobile number and a valid email address), attach their original purchase receipt to the fully completed entry form, and place together in the entry box located in this store.
