Big Skies is calling out for submissions for the Signature Dish Competition. The search is on for a Signature Dish that showcases the quality and variety of the Western Downs!
To enter send through your recipe that heroes a locally sourced ingredient from the Western Downs region to
big.skies@wdrc.qld.gov.au.
The winner will receive the opportunity to cook their winning recipe with Food and Fibre Ambassador Hayden Quinn, plus $1000 prize money. Food and Fibre will be held this Sunday May 5, at Jimbour Station in the Western Downs.
