‘I wanted to feel free, to let go. Loretta suggested we try No Lights No Lycra, a dance class held in the dark, with no steps and no teacher, where being immersed in the joy of movement is the only objective. Dancing had always been something I loved, and the idea of being able to dance like no one was watching — while a challenging concept for my anxious mind — really appealed.’
