The promoter is RCG Brands Pty Ltd trading as Merrell Australia (ABN: 96 125 433 972) of 719 Elizabeth Street Waterloo. Any decision pertaining to this competition is at the discretion of the promoter and all decisions are final.
Voting is available online at https://www.merrellaustralia.com.au
One vote can be cast per person per email address. 
A standard vote carries a weighting of one vote.
Each week (during the promotional period) a voter will be selected at random and awarded a prize pair of Merrell shoes.
All voting prize winners must reside in Australia and have an Australian delivery address.
Voting officially closes 31st August 2018. Voting times may be subject to change.
Merrell reserves the right to cancel or suspend voting at any time.
The eligibility of any vote is at the sole discretion of Merrell.
Merrell reserves the right to disqualify votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred or if it considers there has been any attempt to rig the voting.
Merrell, its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with the internet connectivity or line, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded.
Merrell’s decision in relation to all matters affecting the vote is final.
In the event of a dispute or tie or if for any other reason Merrell deems it necessary or appropriate, Merrell reserves the right to make the final determination as to which of the nominees will be declared the winner of the award.
Any personal data collected will be retained by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
