CostumeBox Colouring In Competition Terms and Conditions

1        Introduction

Participation in this promotion and information regarding redemption of any prizes forms part of these terms and conditions.
By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules.
The promoter is CostumeBox.com.au PTY LTD, 10 Clearview Place, Brookvale NSW 2100
2        Duration

Promotion commences 9:00 am 27 July 2019. Entries close 5:00 pm 02 September 2019, or when competition Library Bags run out.
3        Eligibility

Employees of the promoter and agencies associated with this promotion (CostumeBox.com.au PTY LTD) are ineligible to enter the competition, as are their immediate families.
All entrants of the competition must be 12 years old or under and residents of Australia.
4        Method of Entry

To enter, entrants must
Purchase a child's costume from CostumeBox.com.au to receive their FREE Library Bag and colour it in, and
Post a photo of the finished library bag on Instagram using the hashtag #CBOXBOOKWEEK by 5:00 pm each Monday, from Monday 05 August to Monday 02 September 2019.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on the originality and creative merit.
The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
All entries become and remain the property of the promoter with this promotion (CostumeBox.com.au PTY LTD). CostumeBox may use the entrant's entry for future promotional marketing and publicity purposes.
5        Draw

One winner will be chosen weekly. By 5:00 pm each Monday, from Monday 5th August until 02 September 2019.
6        Prizes

The total Prize Pool for this promotion equals $1,250. There is a total of five (5) individual prizes to be won, valued at $250 each. The prize includes:
1 x $250 CostumeBox Voucher
The prize is not transferable, redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
7        Notification

Entries will be judged at CostumeBox and the winner will be contacted via Instagram every Monday until 02 September 2019
If CostumeBox.com.au is unable to contact the winner, and CostumeBox.com.au has made every effort to contact them with the information provided by the entrant, then CostumeBox.com.au will award the prize to another valid entrant.
8        Publicity materials

By entering this competition you give permission for CostumeBox.com.au to share your entry on CostumeBox's Facebook page and other social media channels.
9        Termination of Promotion

The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstance outside its control.
