GeckoSports has launched its new On Demand sports program for kids. It includes interactive multi-sports and fun fitness classes that kids can do online, anytime. The sessions are engaging and dynamic, featuring a selection of multiple sports. The sessions also have music and an onscreen Gecko expert Coach. Designed by medical, education and sports professionals, On Demand has been created in line with the national PDHPE physical education curriculum.
According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), children aged between 5-17 years of age require at least 60 minutes of exercise a day, with exercise credited for the social development of young people by providing opportunities for self-expression, building self-confidence, social interaction and integration. GeckoSports have formulated their programs for ‘real results’.
Designed for school aged kids, the On Demand sports program ensures that children’s physical education doesn’t get forgotten during lockdown. For only $10 a week per household, families can access the online program, anywhere, anytime… on demand.
Some of the sports and fun fitness programs kids can choose from include: Soccer, Basketball, Rugby, Cricket, Athletics, Netball, AFL Footy, Mini Olympics, Boxing Bootcamp, Strength Fitness, Cardio Fitness as well as a Family Fitness Bootcamp and more!
Families will be able to access classes on demand, via their new GeckoSports ON DEMAND Facebook page upon signing up via their website.
