Multiple entries permitted. However, each entry submitted by an entrant must contain a different photo. The entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize. By completing the entry method, the entrant will receive one (1) entry.
Finalist & Winner Determination:
The Promoter will select 5 finalists, each finalist will be required to sign a release form for their respective Photo entry to be used on out of home marketing. If an entrant fails to sign the release form provided by the Promoter in the time frame specified by the Promoter, they will be deemed invalid and ineligible for the prize.
One entrant from the 5 finalists will be judged and deemed winner and receive the prize outlined below.
Each entry will be judged on the basis of the individual creative merit of the Photo provided on entry.
The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
The winners will be determined by skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. The judges' decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
