We were so disappointed when we had cancel the Sanitarium Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlon Australia this year. But we still think that all our TRYathletes should get a chance to get their medals. So we are running a TRY DIY!
Go for a swim, bike or run, even if it's just in your backyard. If you send us a video or photo of your #TRYDIY we'll send you out your very own Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlon Medal!
Simply post your TRYDIY video to us on our website.
We will be choosing the best video each week to win a Weet-Bix Prize Pack and every entry goes into the major draw to win a prizepack plus a $200 Rebel Sports Giftcard.
Make sure that you stay safe during your DIY TRY – remember to take a grown-up with you, wear your helmet, tie your shoelaces up and triple check to make sure the roads are clear if you are running or biking near streets.
Terms & Conditions:
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 6 years to 15 yearsEntrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion (or collecting or accepting any prize the subject of this promotion).
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
The promotion commences on Tuesday 22nd September 2020 at 12:00pm and entries close at 11:59pm AEDT on 10th November 2020 (“Promotional Period”).
To enter, individuals must:
Take a photograph or video of their child participating in the TRY-DIY. Individuals submitting photographs of a child that is not their own must have permission of the child’s parent or guardian to enter them in the promotion, and for the photograph to be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
visit
https://www.tryathlon.com.au/trydiy then follow the prompts to the competition entry form, input the requested details and submit the fully completed online entry form; or
during the Promotional Period, click on the link contained within any promotional email received from the Promoter which will take the entrant directly to the entry form for the Promotion, input the requested details and submit the fully completed online entry form.
Any uploaded files must be submitted in accordance with the relevant platform’s requirements.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. Winners (or if the winner is under 18 years of age their parent or guardian on their behalf) must upon request supply suitable identification at the time that the Promoter delivers the prize.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Limit on entries: Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
As only one (1) entry is permitted per person, an entrant is prohibited from winning multiple prizes.
If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of this promotion (including as to the identity of an entrant) or in respect to claiming a prize, the Promoter will consider the entrant’s grievances however reserves the right to resolve the dispute in the manner it determines most appropriate, acting reasonably.
Winner determination:
The Promoter will at its discretion select its one (1) top TRYDIY Photo or Video, based on creative merit, by a panel of judges weekly for six (6) weeks at 3:00PM AEDT at Sanitarium Health Food Company, 1 Sanitarium Drive, Berkeley Vale, NSW on the following dates:

Winner Week 3 October 12
Winner Week 4 October 19

The weekly winners will be notified in writing through email within two (2) business days. Each weekly winner will receive a TRY-DIY Prize Pack containing:

> 1x Weet-Bix Ball (either football, netball or basketball to be determined with winner)
> 1x Weet-Bix Towel
> 1 x Maped Pack
There will be one (1) winner chosen out of all entries collected as part of a random draw on the 11th of November at 12:00pm AEDT. The random draw will take place at Sanitarium, (Australian Health & Nutrition Association Limited trading as The Sanitarium Health Food Company) (ABN 63 096 452 872) of 1 Sanitarium Drive, Berkeley Vale, NSW, 2261. The major prize winner will win:
