1. The competition is open to residents of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia aged 18 years and over.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3. By entering the competition, the entrant (You) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions of this contest, and you ensure that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to accept the decisions of the campaign.
4. Homely Photography, whose registered studio is at 1 Forrester Gr, Plumpton, Vic is the promoter and sponsor of this contest and reserves the right to cancel it at any time without notice.
5. The closing date for entry is 30-11-2020 at 11:59pm. After this date, no further entries to the contest will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received be it for any reason.
7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be invalid.
8. The competition must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at

Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Homely Photography.
9. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
10. Winners will be chosen at random using software and the promoter is not liable to any legal action in regards to the selection of the winner.
11. Homely Photography, the promotor, reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice at any time.
12. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely following current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
13. The winner will be notified by call, email, and/or DM on Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.
14. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
