Entry is only open to participants aged 18 years or over. Employees of Distillery Botanica (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

The promotion ‘Become Our Friend for your chance to WIN one of three prizes’ commences on 04/12/2020 and closes at 11.59pm AEDT on Wednesday 20/01/2021.
The total prize value is $884 AUD.

All the entries will be collated and the winner will be chosen at random in Sydney by a secure, certified and independent ‘Random Picker’ program https://www.randomdraws.com/au on Friday 22nd January 2021 at 10.am AEST.

The Winners will be announced Friday 22nd January 2021 between 11.00am and 3.00pm AEDT.

The winner will be notified by both phone and email by a representative from Distillery Botanica on Friday 22nd January 2021 between 11.00am and 3.00pm AEST.

To be eligible to enter individuals must scan the QR code or visit the competitions page of the website and agree to join the subscriber database and will therefore be notified of upcoming offers and promotions.

THE PRIZES

PRIZE 1: Tour and Tasting Experience for you and 9 friends

Win a Tour and Tasting Experience for you and 9 friends valued at $564. You and 9 friends get an all-inclusive Tour & Tasting Experience at the new DB distillery door facility (valued at $35 per person) $350 total. The Tour and Tasting Experience will begin once the new distillery door construction is completed. Anticipated end date is February 2021 but may take longer and therefore the winner will be notified of when they can book the tour.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

If the prize is unavailable or COVID restrictions are in place, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
