Redheads® Summer Caps Promotion Terms & Conditions:
The contest is open to all Australian residents.
How to Enter
To enter, purchase any Redheads product, available nationally at all major retailers.
Keep a copy of your purchase docket. Take a photo, or scan a legible copy of the docket and submit it at the Redheads website (
www.redheads.com.au/win) or on the link on Redheads Facebook page:
www.facebook.com/redheadsmatchesMultiple different entries allowed from separate purchases.
You acknowledge that you abide by the terms and conditions of Facebook, and Instagram, and that you are providing your personal details to Redheads Matches, and not to Facebook, or Instagram.
The winners agree that the Sponsor may use their name, likeness, image and/or voice, including having photographs/film taken with the winning item, for use in any future promotional, marketing or publicity purpose (the content, format and style of which will be determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion), in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid to the entrant.
As a condition of entry, you agree to receive future marketing materials and communications from Redheads.
The Prizes
There will be 100 Redheads Branded Caps available as draw prizes.
At the end of the promotion period, 100 winners will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified by e-mail.
Redheads Branded Caps will be mailed to draw winners within 45 days of the completion of the contest period. The Redheads Branded Caps cannot be exchanged for their cash value.
As a condition of accepting the prize, participants must allow the parcel to be left at their home address if the home is unattended at the time of delivery.
As a condition of accepting any prize, winners may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Sponsor in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
The contest Sponsor is Redheads (trading as ST-Group Australia Pty Ltd, ABN: 38 081 215 321), Level 1, 35 Dalmore Drive, Scoresby Victoria 3179.
Employees and immediate relatives of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate (parent, sibling, spouse, child) or household member.
Entries will be open from 1 Dec 2020 and close on at 15 Jan 2021 at 5:00 PM, AEST. The draw will take place the same day at 5 PM on 15 Jan 2021 at the Sponsor’s office, with the winners notified by email.
