Submit your receipt for a purchase of $20 or more from a local business along with your contact details to get the chance to win an Escape Package to explore the Moyne Shire!
Winners will receive a Moyne Escape Package including a voucher to one of Moyne’s great country pubs and a local tour, as well as receive information on other free activities nearby. Discover the details of each prize package.
Competition closes on 11 March 2021. Prize draws will be held at the Moyne Shire Council office, Princes St, Port Fairy, on February 12 and March 12, 2021.

The Moyne Shire Council Moyne Escape Packages Shopping Competition opens on Friday, January 15, 2021 and closes on Thursday, March 11, 2021.
Competition draws will be held at 10am on February 12, and at 11am on Thursday, March 11 at the Moyne Shire Council's Port Fairy office, Princes St, Port Fairy.
Entrants must be aged 18+ years. Employees of Moyne Shire Council’s senior leadership team and its Economic Development Unit are ineligible to enter.
Proof of purchase for $20 or more at a Moyne Shire business between January 15, 2021 and March 11, 2021 must be provided upon entry.
All winners will be notified directly via the information submitted in their entry.
The Promoter is Moyne Shire Council, ABN 690 56 376 923, of Princes St, Port Fairy, Victoria 3284
As a condition of accepting a prize, winners must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in any or all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the Promotion. Winners consent to the Promoter or Sponsor using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any promotional material for an unlimited period, without remuneration, for the purposes of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome).
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Submission of an entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms. Moyne Shire Council may, in its discretion, refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these terms.
Moyne Shire Council reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their entry in the competition can be viewed publicly.
Entrants who enter online must retain their original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the original purchase receipt to the Promoter when requested will result in invalidation of an entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize. The purchase receipt must clearly specify the retailer of purchase, the amount of the purchase, the date of the purchase, and that the purchase has been paid for in full, during the Promotion Period.
The promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
Moyne Shire Council shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise specified.
Moyne Shire Council accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
Moyne Shire Council and the participating outlets may substitute any prize that is unavailable, (for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter), for another item of equal or greater recommended retail value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
