ONE ENTRY FOR EVERY PURCHASE.
For instore purchase, every invoice number will be monitored and can only be applied once. We will cancel the eligibility of the entrant if there are multiple entries registered for one invoice number.
15% voucher apply for both online and in-store purchase, applicable based on POS system pricings. The offer will not be used in conjunction with other promotions.
Minimum purchase for one entry is $50. Entrants are not restricted on the number of raffle entries.
Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible. Complete entries will include a first and last name and/or a telephone number, at a minimum.
Entrants need not be present to win. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
All winners will be notified by phone or email within 2 days of the winners being drawn, and the winner's details will be published on the Oz Nails and Beauty Supply website on 17 February 2021. A list of all prizes and winners will be displayed. Prize winners will be also announced on social media on 16 February 2021.
Oz Nails and Beauty Supply reserves the right to request winners to submit their ticket stub as proof of identity and purchase. Proof of identification and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Oz Nails and Beauty Supply.
Oz Nails and Beauty Supply reserves the right to interview winners and use their details to advertise our promotion. We respect the winners' private data and secure their information to be used solely by us for promotional purposes.
