At Yamashita they strive to express Hobart in the restaurant, incorporating the Tasman Bridge in the logo and in the food by combining local produce with Japanese cooking methods to delight your palate. Offering a diverse range of Japanese sake and beer as well as locally selected Tasmanian wines all within walking distance of the CBD. Functions, family parties and corporate lunches are also welcome in their massive dinning area.
