WIN A WAHU MEGA PRIZE PACK
Ingenia Holidays and Wahu are giving you the chance to win the ultimate mega prize pack.
Eligibility:
The competition is only open to individuals who:
Are residents of Australia;
Are aged 18 years or older, or are under 16 years of age and have obtained their parent or guardian’s consent to enter this competition based on these Terms and Conditions and whose parent or guardian have agreed to these Terms and Conditions;
Are not employees of Wahu, Ingenia Communities, or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with this competition;
Are not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee; and
Have not been discovered to have breached these Terms and Conditions
Each entrant acknowledges that Ingenia Holidays can rely on these Terms and Conditions even if Ingenia Holidays only learns of an entrant’s ineligibility to enter after the prize has been awarded to the ineligible entrant.
Entry:
The competition commences at 8:00am on Wednesday 8 December 2020 and entries close at 11:59pm on Thursday 25 February 2021.
To enter, eligible entrants must register via
www.ingeniaholidays.com.au/wahuand provide their name, email address and post code.
Entrants to the competition acknowledge that entry to the competition will serve as enrolment to receive the Ingenia Holidays Newsletter and the Wahu Newsletter.
Eligability for the competition prize will require the entrant to remain a subscriber to the Ingenia Holidays Newsletter for the duration of the competition period.
Upon entry to the competition entrants will receive email notification confirming receipt of the entry.
Submission Conditions
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Ingenia Holidays accepts no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete or lost entries.
Ingenia Holidays accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including entries not received by Ingenia Holidays, or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical issues.
Ingenia Holidays reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who otherwise tampers with the entry process.

The winners will be announced at on Friday 26 February 2021 and contacted via email. Prize winners will also have their name and prize winning published via social media on the Ingenia Holidays Facebook page.
It is the responsibility of the winner to provide their contact details, including postal address via email for the prize to be delivered via Registered Post.
If any prize remains unclaimed, a second prize draw will be conducted 8 days after the original winner is notified. At this time the original winner forfeits all rights to the prize won.
Prize Conditions:
Ingenia Holidays’ decision is final, and no correspondence or communication will be entered in relation to the selection of the winners or any other aspect of this competition.
Value of prize is limited to the description in competition terms and conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
Ingenia Holidays commits to posting the prize to the winner within 10 weeks of receiving the winners postal address.
If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Ingenia Holidays, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the competition or reputation of this competition, Ingenia Holidays reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
