TERMS AND CONDITIONS- WESTS TIGERS x BRYDENS LAWYERS LC
*Terms and Conditions Eligibility:
Entry is open to any persons that are residents of Australia, aged 18 and above. Employees and their immediate family members of the Promoter (Wests Tigers) and Sponsors (Brydens Lawyers) are not eligible to enter.
The promotion commences at 9:00am Wednesday 10th March and closes at midnight, Sunday 30th May. Entries not completed in accordance with the terms and conditions or submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
Competition Entry: To enter the draw, entrants must complete an entry form via the website link provided, they are then automatically placed in the draw.
Draw: This is a game of chance draw. The (1) x major winner will be selected by a Brydens Lawyers representative on Monday 31st May and will be announced across Brydens Lawyers social media platforms. The (3) x monthly winners will be selected on Monday March 22nd, Monday April 19th, and Monday 24th May. The winners will be notified via phone and email. If the Promoter/Sponsor receives no response to this contact within 7 days, then the prize will be forfeited and the prize redrawn. Prizes must be collected from Brydens Lawyers head office (Level 2, 203 Northumberland Street, Liverpool, 2170) within a week of the respective winners being announced.
The Prize: The Major Prize consists of 4x General Admission State of Origin tickets to the Sydney game, and 4x 2020 NSW Blues State of Origin Jerseys. The Monthly Prizes consist of 4x GA tickets to the Wests Tigers home game as listed. Travel, accommodation, and additional spend are not included in the prize. The winner grants permission for their name and photo to be used for publicity and promotional purposes, and that the Promoter/Sponsor will own copyright of these materials. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, line dropout, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion), the Promoter/Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. Prizes are non-transferable for cash. Tickers are non-transferable for cash. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. By entering this competition, you agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter and sponsors via email. The Promoter is Wests Tigers. The Sponsor is Brydens Lawyers.
