The promotion will begin on Friday, January 1, 2021 and conclude on Friday 31st December, 2021.
This promotion is a birthday offer for Financial Full Members, Financial life Members and Life Members of Carina Leagues Club Limited.
Members must swipe their member card in the Jackpod machines and play the Birthday game during their birthday month.
Members must place the entry ticket received from the Jackpod machine into the locked barrel near the Jackpods during their birthday month.
The barrel will be emptied after the draw at 6:30pm on the last Monday of the month.
Member does not need to be present to receive the guaranteed $1,000 month prize.
$1,000 per month guaranteed. The time of the draw is 6:30pm on the last Monday of the month as set out in the prize description below. An additional $1,000 will be awarded to the winner if the member is present in the Club and presents to the Promotion Host at the time of the draw at 6:30pm on the last Monday of the month.
