By entering this competition, you are agreeing to the below Terms and Conditions.
Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry:
Entry is free and open to Australian residents over 18 years of age only. This promotion is run and administered by Bondi Guest House Pty Ltd. The promotion commences at 5:00pm on Sunday 9th May 2021 (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time) and closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 16th May 2021 (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time).
You are not required to purchase any products or services provided by The Baxley Bondi or its affiliates in order to enter this competition.
DRAW
The winner with the most creative response as judged by management will be selected by The Baxley Bondi on Monday 17th May 2021. The winners names will be published on the @thebaxleybondi Instagram on the competition post and via a story. Winners will also be contacted via phone/ email on the day of announcement. The odds of winning the Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
In the event that the prize notification email/message is returned as undeliverable/not acknowledged/able to be sent due to, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries. The provisions and procedures referred to above relating to selection and notification of a potential winner, shall be applied, with the necessary amendments, until a qualified winner has been duly selected, but in any event, no later than 20th May 2021.
Acceptance of the prize assumes that the potential winner and his/her travelling companions has read and understood these official rules and regulations (“Rules”), accepts the Prize as offered and releases the Contest Sponsors from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the potential winner’s, participation in this Contest and receipt and use of the prize.
Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries containing and/or depicting illegal, sexually explicit or morally or racially offensive content will be ineligible to win. The Promoter’s decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. All entrants will be included in the draw.

Approximate retail value of the Prize is 650AUD. Prize is valid for use until 31st Aug 2021. Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Prize may not be sold, transferred and is not convertible to cash. Prize winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein.
