Daly Potato Head Competition – Terms and Conditions
The Promoter is Daly Potato Company (Pure Foods Tasmania No 3 Pty Ltd ABN 49 613 828 596) of 100-104 Mornington Rd, Mornington, Tasmania – Telephone 03 6231 4233.
Entries for the competition commence at 12.00am AEST 19 April 2021 and close at 11.59pm AEST 30 June 2021.
The Promoter manufactures food and distributes through Australian wholesalers and retail outlets.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the competition, entrants must be over the age of 18 years, an Australian Resident and accept these Terms and Conditions.
Employees and immediate families of the Promoter, and participating stores, their retailers and their associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
Entering the competition
To enter the competition, the entrant must post a photo on a public Facebook or Instagram profile wearing a Daly Potato Co beanie and/or eating Daly Potato Co product, tagged with #dalypotatohead
The Prize
Total prize pool worth $3,000 AUD:
1x A year’s worth of Daly Potato Co Product, delivered in a 12x monthly box of product delivered to the winner’s door anywhere in Australia. The monthly box will be to the value of $100, with a total value of $1,200
8x $100 Wish Gift Cards. Total value $800
20x Daly Potato Co Merchandise packs valued at $50 each. Total Value $1,000
Prize Conditions
Any further costs incurred as a result of the prize must be covered by the prize winner.
Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Prize Draw
The competition prize winners will be drawn at random at 10.00am AEST on Monday 5 July 2021 100-104 Mornington Rd, Mornington, Tasmania.
The winning entries will be determined by an employee of the Promoter (the ‘Judge’) and shall be chosen from all entries received.
The Judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the draw outcome or procedure.
The announcement of the winner shall take place at 12.00pm AEST on Monday 5 July 2021 at 100-104 Mornington Rd, Mornington, Tasmania.
The winner will be advised by telephone and by email within 24 hours of the decision.

If the winner has not redeemed the prize, or is otherwise unable to be contacted, by 11am 9 July 2021, the winner will forfeit the prize and the prize will be redrawn at 12.00pm on that day at 100-104 Mornington Rd, Mornington, Tasmania.
