Across two weekends in August, Triple R Presents WinterWild - a festival celebrating the rugged coastline of the Otways with Fire, Music, Food and Art. No longer simply a destination of pristine beaches under the summer sun, they showcase the wild power of winter: the bitter winds, the vastness of the Southern Ocean, the black mystery of the rainforest.
Saturday's Winter Wild offering will be headlined by a reunion of Apollo Bay hometown heroes The Vasco Era, who will be returning to the stage for the first time in the Bay in 10 years! The night will also include the sounds of coastal afro-beat rhythm kings Bananagun, female psych queens Parsnip, Melbourne-based garage quartet Bad Bangs and homegrown heavy hitters The Refuge.
