The Competition - Fioretto® Recipe Competition For your chance to win a weekly prize of an $80 eGift card, Share with us your unique Fioretto® recipe & have it shared across our social media. What you’ll need to do is follow the prompts to a Perfection landing page and complete a form that will include your name, email, phone number, the details and steps to making your recipe along with a Photo of your dish. Before submitting we will also like you to answer the question; “How does Fioretto® make your meal blossom?” There will also be an overall monthly winner that has the chance to win a $200 eGift card. Competition mechanism The entrant will complete the form on the landing page with all of the above details along with the answer to the question; “How does Fioretto® make your meal blossom?” The Prize Weekly - $80 eGift card A $200 eGift card for the overall winner The recipe will then be displayed on our socials and uploaded to a blog page on the Perfection Fresh website! The overall recipe winner we want to be recreated at the next Perfection Fresh recipe shoot. The Period The competition begins July 13th , 2021 Terms and Conditions PERFECTION FRESH AUSTRALIA, July 13th , 2021 By Entering the “Perfection Fresh Australia Fioretto® recipe competition”, you accept the following terms and conditions. The promoter is Perfection Fresh Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 75127 389 682) of PO Box 98, Sydney Markets NSW 2129 (Promoter). 1. Perfection Fresh Australia Fioretto® recipe competition (Competition) is subject to these terms and conditions. 2. In these terms and conditions and marketing materials/advertisementsrelating to the Competition, Perfection Fresh Australia means Perfection Fresh Australia Pty Ltd. 3. There will be one Competition Period: a. Starting Tuesday July 13th , 2021 from 3pm AEST. 4. The Final judging of the entries will take place on Tuesday the 3rd of August. 5. The Competition will begin as a Form Submission on a Perfection Fresh Landing page. 6. The Competition is a form submission on how Fioretto® makes their meals Blossom, along with Ingredients & Instructions for the Recipe. 7. Any individual (Entrant) who, during the Competition Period, before the judging period commences on Wednesday the 4th of August will have the chance to win a Prize. 8. One weekly winner of the form submission will win a $80 Woolworths eGift card.Weekly winners are chosen on every Tuesday in the month of July 9. One entrant can win a prize overall of a $200 gift card and the recipe we want to be recreated at the next Perfection Fresh recipe shoot. 10.Entrants can only enter once in each Competition Period. 11. The Competition is only valid during the Competition Period. The Competition details are correct at the time of publication of these terms and conditions but may change (at the discretion of Perfection Fresh Australia) at any time. Perfection Fresh Australia will post any changes to these details (including these terms and conditions) on its Perfection Fresh Australia Instagram page. 12. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees, contractors, consultants and agents (and their immediate families) of Perfection Fresh Australia, its licensees and marketers are ineligible to enter the Competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, fiancé, grandparent, step-parent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin. 13. After the end of the Competition Period, Perfection Fresh Australia (at its discretion) will decide the successful Eligible Entrants (Winner) who will be entitled to receive the Prize. The decision by Perfection Fresh Australia is final and no communication will be entered into. 14. The $200 gift card will be forwarded to the Winner Via post or Via email within fourteen (14) days of the Winner being contacted by the Promoter on Instagram or Facebook Messenger. 16. The Promoter will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit or receipt of the Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financialadvice should be sought. 17. Where Perfection Fresh Australia cannot reasonably contact the Winner within seven days of determining the Winner, the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner to Perfection Fresh Australia and the Winner will have no claim or recourse against Perfection Fresh Australia. Perfection Fresh Australia at its discretion may determine another winner of the Prize. 18. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or alternative prizes or products. In the event that a tray of mangoes cannot be delivered, Perfection Fresh reserves the right to provide you a voucher to the same value. 19. The Winner agrees to Perfection Fresh Australia using his/her full name as stated on Instagram or Facebook and nonspecific details for promotional purposes (including but not limited to newsletters, the Website and posts on Facebook or Instagram). 20. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Media platform. 21. By participating in the Competition, each Entrant accepts these terms and conditions and warrants that his/her entry/comment does not contain any material that is libellous, defamatory, pornographic, profane or obscene and is not inappropriate, offensive or negative. Perfection Fresh Australia reserves the right to remove/delete any entries it considers libellous, defamatory, pornographic, profane, obscene, inappropriate, offensive or negative. 22. Perfection Fresh Australia reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms or conditions. 23. If the prize recipient is to be awarded a voucher it is a condition of accepting the prize that the Winner must comply with any conditions of use of the voucher terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the winner to confirm such conditions with the voucher company. 24. If the winner does not use the voucher within the expiry date found on the voucher, it will be forfeited by the Winner. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the voucher.
