ENTRANTS
Victorian residents aged 18 years and over.
The Promoter and venues offering the prize may require entrants and their companion to
provide proof of age in a form acceptable. Should an entrant or their companion be unable to
satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the prize.
EXCLUSIONS
Employees of Promoter and the suppliers and agencies associated with this Competition,
and the immediate family of all such employees.
ENTRY PERIOD
Starts: 12pm AEST on Monday, July 26 2021 and ends on Monday, August 23 2021 at
11.59pm AEST.

NOTIFICATION
Via email on August 25, 2021 by 5:00pm. Winners will be given until COB August 26 2021 to
claim the prize otherwise subsequent winners will be drawn.

Prize to be redeemed before 30 September 2021. If COVID-19 restrictions and capacity
limitations do not allow the prize to be redeemed by 30 September, renegotiated dates are at
the discretion of the prize providers.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
The prize winners are responsible for all expenses not specified in these Conditions of Entry,
this includes arranging their own transportation to and from South Melbourne.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize. The prize is not
transferable or exchangeable. The prize is not redeemable for cash and must be taken as
offered.
If for any reason the prize winner does not take an element of the prize during the stated period
and on the conditions stipulated by the Promoter or any third party, that element of the prize will
be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
In the event that any element of the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to
substitute a prize of equal value.
Dates and schedules of the prize are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility
for any date or schedule changes.
The prize winners acknowledge that the prize is subject to additional terms and conditions
imposed by third party prize suppliers. The prize winners must become acquainted with any
such additional terms and conditions prior to taking the prize. The Promoter does not accept
responsibility and is not liable for any conditions imposed on the taking of the prize by any other
third-party prize supplier, or the breach of those conditions by any person.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
By entering the competition and submitting your email you are opting in to receive Concrete
Playground email newsletters. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

By entering this Competition, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The

This Competition will be conducted during the Entry Period. Entries must be received by the
Promoter during the Entry Period.
Entries received after the Entry Period will not count towards the Competition. The Promoter is
not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
To enter this Competition, Entrants must complete the Entry, subject to the Limit.
Entry to this Competition is free.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of an Entry and to disqualify an Entrant
for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an Entry that does not, in the Promoter's
sole discretion, comply with these Terms and Conditions.
