General
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

Who Can Enter
Subject to clause 4 and 5, entry is open to all residents of LOGAN or AUSTRALIA over the age of 18, as of the date of entry, who have fulfilled the requirements set out below.
Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, Logan City Council and associated agencies and companies can enter the competition, but are not eligible to receive the prizes for this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin. The Promoter is Logan City Council (ABN 21 627 796 435) of 150 Wembley Road Logan Central QLD 4114 (‘Promoter’)
How and When to Enter
Entrants may enter this competition during the Promotional Period (defined below) by:
Thursday 12:00pm 24th March 2022 to Thursday 12:00pm 28th April 2022 (AEST)
One entry per person. Each entry must be unique and received by the Promoter within the Promotional Period.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. In particular, entries or votes that are computer generated or are invalid and will not be accepted.
Competition timeframe: The competition commences on Thursday 12:00pm 24th March (AEST) and closes on Thursday 12:00pm 28th April 2022 (AEST).
Social Media Sharing and Winner Selection
Only competition entries deemed appropriate will be cross promoted via social media.
The winner will be selected at RANDOM by representatives from Logan City Council.
The winner will be notified by 12:00pm Tuesday 3rd May 2022 via email and a direct phone call, and will be announced on Explore Logan’s Social Media channels.
The Promoter may select additional entries to be used as replacements in the event that the first entrant chosen as the winner cannot satisfy these Terms and Conditions or take a prize.
Prizes will be available for collection on Tuesday 10th May 2022 from Logan City Council Office (150 Wembley Road, Logan Central QLD 4114)

The prize does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, taxes not included in the price of the ticket, ground transportation, or any other costs of a personal nature.
If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within 5 days to claim fulfilment of the promotional prize or if the winner is unable to attend any element of the prize, that winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety, and it shall be awarded to the next runner up in the promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for a winner who cannot be contacted and therefore forfeits their prize and no correspondence will be entered into.
