Game of Skill Prize - Terms and Conditions
This promotional competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based upon individual creative merit.
This promotional competition is being run by Edenvale Beverages of Offices 16 & 17 14 Narabang Way Austlink Business Park, Belrose NSW 2085. ABN: 90 120 725 340.
This promotional competition starts on March 1, 2022, and ends on May 31, 2022.
This promotional competition offers two major prizes for entrants across Australia and New Zealand. The major prizes are $5,000 Eftpos gift cards (total 2 x $5000 gift cards). The promotional competition also offers two minor prizes in the form a $2500 Eftpos gift card (total 2 x $2500 gift cards). Runners-up prizes include three Weber Baby Q (Q1000) Gas Barbecues (total 3 x Weber Baby Qs), three Sunnylife Picnic Baskets (total 3 x Sunnylife Picnic Baskets) and 3 x CoolCabana Beach Shelters (total 3 x CoolCabana Beach Shelters). Runners-Up prizes will be assigned randomly to the 9 entrants chosen after the major and minor prize winners and Edenvale reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if supply of original prizes is affected. The judges' decision is final and binding. No correspondence or discussions will be entered into about the winners or individual entries. There are two major prizes, two minor prizes and nine runners-up prizes to be won in the competition.
To enter, entrants must purchase any bottle of Edenvale between the stated competition start/finish dates and times, upload their receipt into the online entry form, and describe, in 25 words or less, ‘what does your perfect celebration look like’.
The winners of this promotional competition will be determined by two Edenvale Beverages representatives at Edenvale Beverages’ offices after May 31, 2022, based upon the individual creative merit of the entries.
Winners will be publicly announced via the Edenvale Beverages social media channels.
Edenvale Beverages will notify the winners by phone or email within two days of completing the judging process. If prizes are unclaimed or winners cannot be reached within one month of judging, a new winner will be determined by two Edenvale Beverages representatives.
Prizes will be shipped to winners within six weeks after the close of the competition.
Winners of the competition must be 18 years old and over and residents of Australia or New Zealand.
Edenvale Beverages will collect and use each entrant’s personal information for the purposes of:
(a) conducting the competition (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the competition) and for promotional purposes, public statements and advertisements in relation to the competition;
(b) providing information about Edenvale Beverages’ products; and
(c) research to improve its products and services.
By entering the competition, entrants consent to the use of their personal information as described above.
Edenvale Beverages reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, the competition at any time without liability to any entrant or other person, subject to applicable laws.
