Terms and Conditions of Entry
Information on how to enter and the prize list forms part of these Conditions of Entry.
The promotion ‘Cash Blizzard’ will be known as the Promotion.
Entry into the Major Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Only financial Members of Redlands Sporting Club are eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
Employees of Redlands Sporting Club are not eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
Entrants must be over eighteen (18) years of age.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
The Promotion operates from 9:30am on Monday 25th April 2022 until approximately 5:30pm on Sunday 29th May 2022
Winners will be notified in person and must be present for the draws.
Members of Redlands Sporting Club who play the gaming machines with their membership card inserted will receive one (1) entry to enter the Major Promotion with every $20 of turnover.
Members of Redlands Sporting Club will receive one entry for every $2 they spend in the bar, restaurant & cafe.
Member can gain one (1) entry into promotion daily by swiping through the Kiosk.
Entries will automatically be generated by ‘Max E-draw’. A member can check the number of entries they have in the draw by swiping their card on the swipe kiosk or on a vector unit on a gaming machine. Members must validate their entry tickets on the draw days every 2 and ½ hours of the promotion by swiping their membership card on the kiosk or playing the gaming machines with their card inserted or making a purchase in the club.
Members who are participate in activities within the club for example bingo, must place their name on the register to be eligible to participate in the draws. Those that win will be notified once their activity is over.
There will be a draw every Sunday from the 1st May 2022 – 29th May 2022
At each week five (5) winners will be drawn out
One (1) entrant for that week’s prize draw will be drawn at 2.30pm, 3pm, 3.30pm, 4pm & 4.30pm.
A member can only claim 1 prize per draw day.
After the last draw at 4.30pm, all winners come up to the stage area to play for a share in $1500 cash.
Each winner drawn out get a chance to put their hands into the vortex machine and grab and envelope. If Winner doesn’t feel comfortable in putting their hands in, they can ask a staff member to do it for them.
There will be 5 envelopes in total. With the following prize amounts: $1000, $200, $150, $100 & $50.
If a winning Member cannot remain in the venue until the final draw, then the lowest prize will be awarded to them and held onsite in the safe until they are able to collect from a Duty Manager.
Each winner is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize to the extent required by law.
Redlands Sporting Club is not liable for any loss, damage or injury by any person in connection with the Major Promotion.
The decisions of the management of Redlands Sporting Club are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
If a Member is found to be abusing this promotion a decision will be made by management to refuse entries
If a Member passes away their promotion entries cannot be transferred to another member.
Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or mis-directed entries.
By entering into the Major Promotion, winners agree to have their photo taken for promotional purposes.
